I based Deckard on a Blade Runner screenshot, which unfortunately was very blurry, I guess you can still see that here because I just couldn't figue out the details of his face too well. The rest of the picture is mostly from mind (the lighting killed me), with a few Fallout screenshot references. Plus lots of textures from cgtextures.

Confession: Cass is my Fallout crush...
Hmmm. Marcus could be the replacement for M. Emmet Walsh's character, Bryant, as there is a law enforcement connection there, although there couldn't be more difference between the two. And, let's see...Deckard and Rachel are already covered...let's try for the replicants.
Roy Batty-Bit of a tough one this. You could always just lump for Harkness, the head of security for River City.
Priss-No equivalent character, unless you wanted to borrow heavily from elsewhere. Somehow Joanna from Fallout: New Vegas lept to mind here.
Leon-Again, tricky. There was another male android in F3..Armitage, who came with Dr. Zimmer from the Institute looking for Harkness.
Zora-Hmm. Maybe something will come to me later, but feel free to throw in suggestions. I'm out.
